Fuel Rail for all BMW models using the S54 engine

This big bore fuel rail is machined, polished, laser etched and then anodized for a stealth surface finish. It is compatible with stock and aftermarket fuel injectors. It features a large 0.65" internal bore with 3/4"-16 female threads (-8AN O-ring port) at each end to accept a variety of adapter fittings for custom high flow fuel system builds. It is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85. It is a direct bolt on for all S54 BMW engines with no modifications required.

Configure your Fuel Rail:

Stock Configuration - This configuration includes all the parts required to mount the fuel rail. Also, a 41" long high quality -6AN PTFE (Teflon) replacement fuel feed hose is included which connects to the OEM BMW fuel pressure regulator as shown below. This hose is also E85 compatible. A plug is included (in all configurations) for the opposite fuel rail end. This is an excellent drop-in upgrade for a stock or slightly modified fuel system.

Adapter Fittings - Adapter fittings are available for flexibility when plumbing a custom high flow fuel system. The adapters are available in -6AN, -8AN, and -10AN. This is intended to be used when building a high horsepower fuel system using aftermarket pumps, hose, and fittings. This option includes two adapters but does not include a feed hose. Use the two fittings as an alternative to the factory dead end system. If your system will be plumbed as a dead end like the BMW rail, only one of these fittings will be used and the included plug (or optional fuel pressure gauge) will be used for the other end of the rail. Professional installation is suggested when building a high flow fuel system.

Optional Add-ons

Radium fuel pressure gauge with adapter fitting for use on the front port of the fuel rail. If this option is left unchecked, a plug will be included instead.

Center Port Options: A 3/8NPT port is machined in the center port. A standard 3/8NPT plug is included with the kit. However, an optional fuel pulse damper can be installed alternatively. A pulse damper absorbs injector pulses which can cause fluctuation in fuel pressure, especially with high flowing aftermarket fuel injectors. See picture below:
